AGREEMENT, THE AGREEMENT, MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN VIETNAM - BELARUS:
Date 27/12/1991, Vietnam recognized the independence of Belarus, withdrew. Date 01/24/1992, Vietnam and Belarus, withdrew establish diplomatic relations at ambassadorial level. Belarus,
has drawn up its embassy in Vietnam since 1998. We have established an
embassy in Belarus, withdrew May 10/2003 and appoint resident Ambassador
in Belarus first virus in March / 2005.
In recent years, the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Belarus virus is constantly evolving. The two sides exchanged high-level visits: President A.G. Luke-sen-her (June 4/1997), Premier X.X. Xi-meter Tyre-skiing (11/2004), Chairman of the National Assembly Council of the Republic of G.V. Noah screw-skiing (January 5/2005), Special Envoy of the President A.G. Luke-sen-aunt, chairman of the House V.N. Co-Memphis-li-paneled (2/2006) had an official visit to Vietnam; President
Tran Duc Luong (June 8/1998), Prime Minister Phan Van Khai (June
9/2000), General Secretary Nong Duc Manh (April 10/2002) and National
Assembly Chairman Nguyen Van An (May 1/2003 ) had an official visit to Belarus, withdrew.
In
2007, many union leaders of the ministries, branches and localities of
the two countries visited, work, attend conferences and seminars in
Vietnam and Belarus, withdrew. The
two countries signed six agreements and cooperation agreements:
Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
and the Government of Republic of Belarus, drawn on transportation
Aviation; Agreement on cooperation between the two countries in the field of standardization, metrology and conformity assessment; Agreement
on scientific cooperation between the Institute of Science and
Technology of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the National Science
Academy of Belarus, drawn CH; Agreement
between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the
Government of Republic of Belarus, drawn on the mutual recognition of
diplomas in education, science and learning academic content; Agreement
on Cooperation between the Supreme Court of the Socialist Republic of
Vietnam and the economic courts CH Belarus, withdrew; Agreement between the Ministry of Culture and Information of the
Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Czech Ministry of Culture of
Belarus, withdrawal of cooperation in the field of culture - art.
7-8 / 4/2008 President of the Republic calf Tsarevo A. Luke-sen-she paid an official visit in Vietnam. The
two sides signed a joint declaration and 13 agreements, agreements and
commercial contracts in the fields of consular, phytosanitary, customs,
sports - tourism, agricultural banking, petroleum, import potash and tractors of Belarus-virus etc ... After the visit the two
sides initiated the drafting and implementation of cooperation programs
in Vietnam - Belarus, withdrew 2008-2010.
